Sony Ericsson W580i

Yeah, Sony Ericsson W580i has become a bestselling cell phone on Amazon! This is what most people were expecting, now the good news has arrived. Well, since it is so popular, let’s discuss it here today.

Sony Ericsson W580i comes with several colors, here we are going to talk about the black one.

Sony Ericsson W580i is a quad-band GSM and EDGE cellphone. It features a QVGA 2″ screen, an M2 slot, 12 MB of available storage, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP support, a 2 MP camera, a 900 mAh battery, and an FM Radio with RDS.

The slim form factor of the W580 hides the Walkman 2.0 music player to make it simple to organize and play your favorite music. Easily create custom playlists. The Disc2Phone music management software and included USB cable make it easy to transfer music from a PC on to the phone. Additionally you can listen to favorite radio programming as the W580 offers an RDS-FM radio. The TrackID feature powered by Gracenote makes it easy to identify music tracks you don’t recognize.

CNET reviewed Sony Ericsson W580i phone like this:

The good:
The Sony Ericsson W580i has an attractive, easy-to-use design, a satisfying feature set, and admirable call quality.

The bad:
The Sony Ericsson W580i’s audio was harsh at the highest volume levels, and the keypad buttons are somewhat cramped. Also, the battery life wasn’t reliable.

The bottom line:
The Sony Ericsson W580i is a stylish multimedia cell phone with good performance on all fronts.
