So what’s the truth? The truth is BlackBerry Curve 8320 has become one of the most popular cell phones on Amazon! Another truth is many people are selecting as the best cell phone in 2009. This is why I’m reviewing it here today. I won’t wanna miss a good mobile phone, just like I don’t want to miss a thing. So let’s begin to talk about BlackBerry Curve 8320 Phone.

Adding a fashionable touch to Research in Motion’s formidable arsenal of telephonic, PIM, and media tools, the BlackBerry Curve 8320 for AT&T is also the smallest, lightest BlackBerry phone that includes a full QWERTY keyboard. This amalgam of the svelte BlackBerry Pearl and the more business-oriented 8800 combines RIM’s long-valued corporate email and messaging platform with a host of advanced multimedia features, including a 2-megapixel camera and stereo Bluetooth (for listening to music via wireless headphones).

Pros:

  • Makes calls over Wi-Fi
  • Sleek design with best-in-class keyboard
  • Very good media player and camera
  • Solid voice quality
  • Long battery life

Cons:

  • A few dropped calls when switching between Wi-Fi and GSM
  • No built-in GPS

CNET reviewed BlackBerry Curve 8320 like this:

The good:
The RIM BlackBerry 8320 offers integrated Wi-Fi and works with T-Mobile’s HotSpot@Home service so you can make calls via Wi-Fi. The smartphone also features a nice, sleek design; a spacious QWERTY keyboard; a 2-megapixel camera; popular IM clients; and good call quality.

The bad:
The Curve’s camera can’t record videos, and there’s no 3G support. The BlackBerry Web browser isn’t quite as sophisticated as those on competing smartphones.

The bottom line:
The RIM BlackBerry Curve (aka BlackBerry 8320) for T-Mobile is the best BlackBerry we’ve seen to date as it offers Wi-Fi, best-of-breed design, and excellent performance.

It’s fair enough to say that, but it is a wonderful cell phone overall despite some drawbacks. It doesn’t matter, nothing is perfect.

Specifications:

  • Smallest, lightest BlackBerry with full QWERTY keyboard, includes GPS for accessing AT&T Navigator directions
  • Wi-Fi connectivity (802.11b/g) with free, automatic access to over 17,000 AT&T Wi-Fi hotspots
  • 2.0 megapixel camera with flash and 5x digital zoom; Bluetooth wireless connectivity with with stereo headset support
  • Up to 4 hours of talk time, up to 360 hours (15 days) of standby time
  • What’s in the Box: handset, battery, charger, USB cable, wired handsfree stereo headset, Blackberry Desktop software and Media Manager, getting started guide

The Price: $0.01 (on Amazon)

What the hell is this? You want to ask. But it’s true, we can get it with $0.01 as song as we use their service. What a world! It’s not strange, this is a world to sell service, not hardware, this is a trend. In the future, we can get any hardware for “FREE”! That’s super cool, isn’t it?

BlackBerry Curve 8320 comes with a lot of wonderful features, let’s take a look.

  • The Curve is fashioned with subtly curving corners and chrome highlights. Measuring 4.2 x 2.4 inches, the Curve is just as slim as the Pearl (0.6 inches) and weighs in at 3.9 ounces–just 0.7 ounces heavier than its predecessor.
  • It features a bright 2.5-inch color TFT screen that provides 65,000 colors and a 320 x 240-pixel resolution
